Commissioned for trials at Plymouth on 20.6 with a Devonport crew to relieve Niger in the 1st MSF.

On completion of trials and storing took passage to Portland to join BRITOMART, HAZARD, HEBE, SEAGULL, SHARPSHOOTER and SPEEDY in 1st Minesweeping Flotilla.

Sails for Liverpool on completion of leave to relieve Hebe on salvage operation of Thetis. SO 1st MSF will transfer from Hebe to BRAMBLE at Liverpool.
